Although Manchester City closed the gap to two points behind the Gunners with a 3-0 victory over Crystal Palace on Wednesday evening. If Arsenal win at home against Burnley it would clearly put the pressure back on the Sky Blues, who have to play against Bournemouth, unbeaten in 15 league games, in the Premier League just three days after their FA Cup final win against Chelsea. Burnley's fortunes have not improved under interim manager Mike Jackson, although they did manage a 2-2 draw at home against Europa League finalists Aston Villa last weekend. Nevertheless, the Clarets have won only one of their last 27 league matches and with just 37 goals scored, have lacked the necessary attacking firepower. The home team should comfortable win probably with clean sheet. Arsenal's defensive solidity, in particular, should make the difference in this clash between the league leaders and the second-to-last team in the standings. Arsenal have won 16 Premier League matches without conceding a goal this season, the most in the league. However, the Gunners have rarely unleashed a goal fest. Seven of these 16 clean sheets were, in fact victories with one goal.
